My Experience
I had the honor of volunteering at the Sindh Institute of Urology and Transplantation (SIUT) in Karachi, where I completed 30 hours of service from July 1 to July 6, 2024. During my time there, I observed hospital operations, engaged with patients and staff, and contributed to maintaining an empathetic and organized healthcare environment.
This experience deepened my understanding of Pakistan’s medical infrastructure, nurtured my empathy for patients, and gave me a firsthand look into the commitment of healthcare professionals. I left with a greater appreciation for community service and the vital role it plays in shaping society.
